Palm Sunday & Easter Egg Hunts
There is LOTS going at FUMC on Sunday, April 5th.
To start off with - the children will be waving palm branches at both services. For the 9 AM service, please have your children meet me (Deborah) at the fellowship hall door by 8:55 AM. For the 11 AM service, have your children meet me on the steps of the Sanctuary by 10:45 AM. We will wave our branches to welcome Jesus into the church for Holy week! For some information on the history of Palm Sunday, click here. Also happening that day are our annual Easter Egg Hunts - that's right, hunts.
Hunt #1 is for any child that is in 1st grade and under. It will take place right after the 11 AM service. Meet us under the pavilion!
Hunt #2 is for 2nd-5th graders. It will start at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship hall. We will be doing several egg related activities until it gets dark so we can hunt our eggs at night! Be sure to bring your flashlights!!
If you have any questions, please call the church!
ALSO - THERE WILL BE NO PROGRAMS NEXT WEEK DUE TO SPRING BREAK!
